As part of our Fitness to Practise (FTP) Improvement Programme to consistently enhance the communication, engagement and support we provide to people who are part of our FTP processes, we’re happy to announce that we’ve partnered with the cross regulatory independent lay advocacy service POhWER.

The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) has met 16 of the 18 Standards of Good Regulation in the performance review by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) for last year.

We have produced an information sheet for education providers to enable consideration of our regulatory requirements and standards when developing in this area.
