We are reaching out to understand how well education and training prepares HCPC registrants for employment and how we can improve for future graduates.

- 60% of respondents noted their provider listened to their feedback, and responded with appropriate actions
- 90% of respondents have said practice-based learning was integral to helping them develop to become a professional

Questions include the quality of training, if learning settings prepared you for practice and how supported you felt during your transition from a trainee to a newly qualified practitioner. We will discuss feedback with providers and ensure changes are made if needed – all responses will be anonymised.
