Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and sexual harassment
As you might be aware new protections from sexual harassment came into force late in October 2024. Organisations now have a legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment and create a safe working environment. While the above applies to employees, we strongly believe that partners also need to receive training to have an understanding of the impact of sexual harassment at the workplace.
Information security
In addition, all partners have to receive training on information security as they deal with information on behalf of the HCPC.
