Updating your personal details with us

During your time as a partner there will be many occasions where the Partner team, or the department allocating you work, will need to contact you.

It is important that your contact details are kept up to date.

Your personal details are stored on the Partner Portal which allows a degree of self-service. This means that you can access your account at any time and update your personal details. Please note that this will not filter through into your registrant portal which you need to update separately.

What can you update?

You can update the following details on the Partner Portal:

  • Contact details including your address, telephone number and email address.
  • Next of kin
  • Documents – if there are any documents which you would like to upload to the Partner Portal you can do that here.
  • Diversity details

What can you not change.

There are a few aspects that are not included in the self-service, and if you wish to edit these details you will need to contact the Partner Team:

  • Forename, surname, known as and title.
  • Date of birth
  • Disability

We encourage you to check the details that we hold for you and ensure that they are correct.
