We are working on the implementation of the new finance system which will replace the current three systems we use to make payments.
This will be an improvement to our processes as we no longer need to switch from one system to another.
We currently run payments every fortnight for partners, and this will continue until 18 December 2023. Following this date, we need to skip one payment run to enable us to complete our data migration into the new system.
The next payment run will take place at the end of January 2024 instead of early January and will continue to run fortnightly from there onwards. Only a very small number of partners will be affected by this slight delay in payments as we try to ensure that all payments will be initiated and paid during the 18 December payment run.
Our offices will be closed from 22 December 2023 until 2 January 2024, and no work will be scheduled during this period.
