You have a query, so who do you turn to? Below we have listed each department and what queries they can help with.

1. Partner Team – for recruitment, training, contracts, issues accessing the Partner Portal/Learning Hub or raising issues or complaints, please contact partners@hcpc-uk.org.
2. Fitness to Practise – for hearings, scheduling or accessing the shared document portal, please contact – tsteam@hcpts-uk.org.
3. Registration – for general enquiries please contact registration@hcpc-uk.org. For assessments – for all assessments and queries relating to the same, including access to the shared document portal, please contact assessors@hcpc-uk.org.
4. Education – for assessments, documents and any other Education work you have been given, please contact education@hcpc-uk.org.
