Information for representatives

You may find the information below of assistance when preparing your case or appearing before one of our panels. There is also a consolidated document attached to this page below containing all of the Policies and Practice Notes.

We welcome feedback from representatives on their experiences of our fitness to practise processes. If you have any comments, good or bad, or would like to raise an issue with us please email repsbodiesfeedback@hcpc-uk.org. We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 working days and will aim to respond substantively within 15 working days.

If you would like to raise an operational issue about an open case however, please contact the Case Manager or the Hearings Team Manager as appropriate. We will aim to respond substantively to all written correspondence within 5 working days. If we cannot do so, we will send an acknowledgment with an indication of when a substantive response will be sent. If an urgent response is required, please contact the Case Manager or the Hearings Team Manager directly by telephone.
