The framework offers access to pre-approved suppliers who have been selected for their ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services that combine quality and value. These suppliers can be appointed using efficient and streamlined procurement processes; therefore ensuring that customers obtain value-for-money services which meet their requirements.

Who can use this Framework?

Benefits of using this Framework

The framework is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation

Suppliers listed on the framework were assessed during the procurement process for their financial stability, track record, experience and technical & professional ability.

Pre-agreed terms & conditions to underpin all orders.

The framework covers new technologies in the market (such as video interpretation services), helping to reduce costs and allowing services to be accessed immediately.

Suppliers

There are 4 suppliers included on the framework. Further details on these suppliers, can be found in appendix A.

  • Mendip Media Group Ltd (trading as "Appen")
  • Epiq Europe Ltd
  • Marten Walsh Cherer
  • Ubiqus UK Ltd

How to Use this Framework

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Contracting Authorities are required to initially complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement form (Appendix B) and return this to procurement@hcpc-uk.org

Award procedure

Customers can call-off from the framework agreement by selecting 1 of 2 routes:

  • Direct award
  • Further competition

Whilst there are 2 routes available, further competition is the default route. Only in the conditions outlined on the framework schedule 5 award procedure, would a customer have the option to direct award.

Contract management

The customer will manage the supplier in the delivery and performance of the services they have been selected to undertake.

If you have a long call-off term, or large programme of works then regular review meetings should take place to discuss performance (using KPIs as a key tool in this process) and ensure that goods and services are being delivered to an acceptable standard, in accordance with your specification and call-off contract.

If issues cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, then please escalate to the HCPC framework manager via email at procurement@hcpc-uk.org
