Julie Parker is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. She has significant experience working as a director of resources and finance at three London Councils over a period of ten years.
Julie is a non- executive director at Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust and board member at Colchester Borough Homes. She serves on the Joint Audit Committee of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Essex Police as well as the audit committee of the Housing Ombudsman.
